School bus
Dedicated school bus routes are available.
Our daily shuttle bus service from Hitchin station makes it easy for Senior School (year 7+) pupils to travel to and from school by train. Hitchin station is exceptionally well connected, serving towns across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Pupils can book the shuttle bus for just £2 per journey. Operated by our own staff using school minibuses, the service runs to the following schedule: Morning pick-up from Hitchin station: students may board from 07:45, with the bus departing at 8:00am. Early afternoon drop-off at Hitchin station: approximately 16:30 (departing Kingshott at 16:15 following the end of the school day at 16:00). Late afternoon drop-off at Hitchin station: approximately 17:45 (departing Kingshott at 17:30).
